It's been too long since I've done a good, long bike trip, but the wait is nearly over. Tomorrow morning I start the 2016 Tour de Nephews. I'll be riding from Atlanta to the Northeast to visit my two nephews (and at least three nieces, two brothers, two sisters-in-law, and my dad, with probable guest appearances by my sister, my brother-in-law, and their two daughters).
The gameplan is to start nice and early tomorrow to ride from Atlanta to Athens. With a bit of luck, I'll see the 6am at the Arches crowd on my way out of town. With even more luck, I'll get into Athens before the temperature reaches 90 and the afternoon thunderstorms roll in.
Bike vacation, here I come!
